CloudKit/iCloud Sync is prepared in the app code, but it should not be treated as enabled until production entitlements, container setup, and device testing are complete.
Current storage
User-created data is currently stored locally on the device as app data. Export / Import is available for backup and restore.
When iCloud Sync is enabled
When iCloud Sync is enabled and verified, Prompt Deck data may sync through your own Apple iCloud account. Sync would depend on Apple’s iCloud services, your Apple ID, device settings, storage availability, and network conditions.
Aleatrick does not operate a prompt server for syncing Prompt Deck data.
If sync appears unavailable
- Confirm whether the app version you are using actually enables iCloud Sync.
- Make sure you are signed in to iCloud on the device.
- Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled.
- Check network connectivity.
- Check available iCloud storage.
- Try Export / Import for backup and restore while sync is unavailable.
Privacy note
Prompt Deck does not require an Aleatrick account. If iCloud Sync is enabled in a production release, syncing is handled through the user’s own Apple iCloud account, not Aleatrick-operated servers.
