Sanometra Terms of Use

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern your use of Sanometra, operated by Aleatrick. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Sanometra Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of the app

Sanometra is a personal recordkeeping tool for user-entered supplement routines, inventory, cost, timing conditions, intake history, subjective notes, stop history, laboratory and health-check measurements, and user-created observation links.

Charts, timing labels, reference-range comparisons, and reports organize information you provide. They do not establish effectiveness, safety, suitability, or causation between a supplement and a measurement.

3. Not a medical service

Sanometra is not a medical device or medical service and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease, assess your health status, prescribe medication or supplements, or recommend a dosage. Do not use the app as a substitute for a physician or other qualified professional.

For symptoms, emergencies, or medical concerns, contact local emergency services or a healthcare professional without waiting for the app. Ask a physician or pharmacist about medication, medical conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, treatment, interpretation of test results, and supplement use.

4. Your entries and responsibilities

Manual entries, CSV mapping, OCR, units, reference ranges, and timing conditions may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for comparing proposed entries with the original source before saving and for deciding how to use your records.

Do not enter or share another person's personal or health information without authority. Review the contents and recipient before sharing a report or backup.

5. Age requirements

Children under 13 may not use Sanometra. A person aged 13 through 17 may use it only after a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. A higher local age or additional parental-consent requirement applies where required by law. Sanometra is not a Kids Category app.

6. Local data and backups

Health-related records in the current release are normally stored only on your device. Aleatrick cannot access, recover, correct, or remotely delete those records. Records may be lost because of device loss, failure, app deletion, operating-system changes, or other events.

Create an encrypted backup for records you need to preserve. Aleatrick cannot recover a lost backup passphrase. A file you export or share is governed by the storage provider or recipient you choose.

7. Sanometra Pro

Sanometra Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple's App Store. The price, billing period, and any introductory-offer terms shown by the App Store at purchase apply.

Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current trial or billing period, the subscription generally renews automatically and is charged to your Apple Account. Apple manages billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds under its terms. You can manage the subscription in iOS subscription settings and attempt to restore an eligible purchase from the app.

Features, prices, and offers may change subject to applicable law and existing subscription rights.

You may not:

However, public-domain material and material marked with a separate license, such as CC BY 4.0, may be used under their applicable terms. These Terms do not impose additional restrictions on uses permitted under those terms. The explanation of UIBC in Health is provided under CC BY 4.0, with the original authors, source material, and changes identified. You can share the explanation with its source attribution from within the app. This permission does not apply to the app as a whole or to your health records.

9. Changes and termination

Aleatrick may change, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the app for maintenance, safety, legal compliance, or product improvement. Material changes will be announced when reasonably possible.

You may stop using the app and delete local data at any time. Deleting the app may not cancel a subscription; manage cancellation through Apple.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sanometra is provided without a guarantee that user entries are accurate, complete, medically useful, fit for a particular purpose, or continuously available. Aleatrick is not responsible for decisions based on user entries, device or file management, third-party services, data loss, or indirect or special damages to the extent such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Governing law and local rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to Japanese courts to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer, privacy, and other protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where applicable. If these Terms conflict with non-waivable law or Apple's distribution terms, they will be interpreted accordingly.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the app, law, or data practices change. We will update the date above and provide notice of material changes. Renewed agreement will be requested when required.
